(02) — My storyThe Queen of Transition

It looked like I had it all. Only a few people knew the truth.

After working in many countries and industries, I believed managing digital strategy was what I wanted. My teams and I worked with clients like Microsoft, Disney and Adidas. With a business degree, a master's in international business and a career climbing the ladder, it looked like success.

Inside, I felt miserable, exhausted and despondent. People called me the "Queen of Transition" because I'm good at navigating change, yet I had a deep fear of it and poor self-confidence. I was avoiding the very work that would give my life meaning.

Help from others finally made me notice my real needs. So I made a promise to myself and took a leap of faith. Yes, it was scary to quit a successful career and find my own path. But today I know what gives me meaning, and I'm doing what I'm meant to do.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and ICF Professional Certified Coach, I coach individuals and groups in multinational organisations, supporting ambitious professionals who feel stagnant, struggle with motivation and want fulfilment at work.
